The Hybrid SmartStreet Project is an initiative established and managed by Hybrid Television Services (ANZ) Pty Limited. Hybrid TV has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tasmanian Government with a view to creating awareness and understanding of the service delivery side of the National Broadband Network. The Project includes the installation of a TiVo media device is fibre-connected homes in the TasCOLT Network with the aim of simulating the NBN and understanding consumer behaviour between digital broadcast and broadband entertainment and service use in the home.
