Many people do not understand what the NBN (National Broadband Network) means for Australia. Why do Australians need faster internet? Why is it important that everyone in Australia has access to the internet instead of only some of us? Will high speed internet change the way we live? If so, how? Will our lives be better for it, or worse off?

The whole idea behind the Hybrid SmartStreet Project – is to help Australians learn and understand how fast internet across our homes, businesses, schools and government could make life better in our work endeavours, entertainment, leisure and lifestyle.

The best part of the Hybrid SmartStreet Project – is that it is all about communication. We are proud to have Peter Blasina as our Ambassador on the Project. His role is to ensure that what we learn from this Project gets communicated to Australians in a very easy to understand manner. You will be hearing more about the project, on television, in radio, on your local paper as well as in magazines.
